All Pilates Instructors
Meet Maddi: I completed my mat and reformer certifications in 2024 and 2025. Since then I have covered at multiple studios across the Gold Coast. I recently spent 4 months in Japan and ran a small pilates for tourists, working holidayers and locals.
Meet Kira: I’m a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor certified through Body Athletica, with a globally recognised qualification. I qualified in August and have been teaching consistently for the past 8 months across both studio classes and my own pop-up Pilates events.
Originally from England, I previously taught regularly across four studios and covered at several others, building strong relationships within the local Pilates community. Since moving to Australia earlier this year, I’ve secured regular weekly classes at two studios and continue to grow my teaching here.
My teaching style focuses on strong, layered flows that bring the muscles to fatigue and create that satisfying Pilates burn. I love designing classes that move seamlessly with minimal spring changes. I’m also a very personable instructor who genuinely cares about my clients – not only helping them get stronger physically, but also building confidence and self-belief through movement.
Meet Jessica: Cert III in fitness (5 years experience)
Certification in mat/reformer Pilates (nearly 2 years experience)

Meet Taylor: I completed my reformer and Mat Pilates course at the beginning of this year (2026) with Georgia Feben at Reformer Pilates Academy.
I am specialized in pregnancy and post-partum pilates training.
Im also a qualified breathwork instructor/facilitator, so I love teaching a flow reformer style class in particular as I love creating smooth and intentional transitions while keeping the client connected to their breath and their body. I find these style classes really beautiful to incorporate breathwork, while still providing a challenge.
I also really enjoy teaching strength style classes as I personally love strength training myself so I enjoy creating challenging endurance style classes that build women’s confidence and encourages control.
I currently teach reformer at a studio in Burleigh Heads on Sunday mornings and I own my a reformer at home so teach 1:1 private sessions from home also.
Meet Jada: Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
New Instructor, graduated from Barre Body.
My teaching style is rooted in seamless flow, supported by upbeat energy and intentional movement.
Meet Kim: I’m a group fitness instructor with over 15 years of experience in strength and conditioning–style training.
My background has given me a strong foundation in movement quality, coaching, cueing, and progressive programming.
In June 2025, I expanded my skill set into the Pilates industry, completing my qualifications through Body Athletica. I became certified in Mat Pilates September followed by Reformer Pilates in December.
While newer to the Pilates space, I bring a deep understanding of the body, functional strength, and mindful movement into every class, creating sessions that are purposeful, empowering, and intelligently programmed.
I would say my teaching style is more on the challenging side, I like to push people to their limits but always aim to make classes fun with high energy playlists. I put a lot of effort into my playlists as I love to bring the vibes!!
